DONE DEAL

So it’s a done deal. Sandy and Doug now own (along with the bank,of course) lot #7 on Little Chippewa Lake, aka Little Chip. We are so excited! Our closing in Alexandria was like being with old friends. What a small world it is here-we love it! As we laughed through the signing of each document, we discovered that they all believe that we got the best lot on the lake. We agree! We heard heartening words about our soon-to-be new neighbors and felt as though we had a room full of great friends who really wanted to see us succeed on our project. Their encouraging words were wonderful… Here's a picture of us with our new buddy, our realtor, Carl, who took us to Raapers for lunch after the closing to celebrate. What an awesome job he did for us...
