Deep Dive Time

So just where have we been… it may be hard to believe but we haven’t been lollygagging around. These last several weeks have been filled with planning, researching, shopping and purchasing. We now have a detailed schedule & plan and better understand where our costs are and we know how to track them moving forward. It’s like getting your ducks in a row. With a good plan we are more likely to be successful in the end and will be better able to respond to the inevitable set backs. So, the planning goes on as we march closer and closer to breaking ground. Then the real excitement begins, so stay tuned.
